We’re excited to share that Fire Foresight was recently featured in a 7NEWS Australia national broadcast, highlighting our collaboration with Future Engineering & Communication and the launch of FireBase - our new mobile, AI-enabled bushfire detection unit.
Designed for rugged terrain and rapid deployment, FireBase delivers advanced wildfire monitoring to places where permanent infrastructure can’t reach. The unit combines:
Smart sensors for real-time environmental data
AI-powered optical cameras for instant smoke and flame detection
Reliable communications via multiple network options
Onboard power systems for off-grid autonomy
By integrating directly into our Fire Foresight platform, FireBase provides emergency services and asset managers with early detection alerts and live situational awareness, helping protect communities, infrastructure, and natural landscapes before small ignitions become major incidents.
This deployment marks another important step in our mission to bring next-generation wildfire resilience to the frontlines.
